Overview

Tag a task, and Aisys writes the Operations Manual for it.

What the pipeline does

Operations Manuals are the thing everybody agrees they need and nobody has time to write. The pipeline removes the writing. Your team answers a few questions about work they already do, and the manual appears — written up properly, filed in your Drive, and linked from the task.

It all happens inside your Task Manager. Nobody has to learn a new tool or open anything else.

How it works

1. 1Add Aisys to your project and tag a task. That is the whole trigger. One tag on one task.
2. 2Aisys reads what is already there. The task description, any linked videos, and any existing documentation — however good or bad it is.
3. 3Aisys takes over. It asks any clarifying questions, drafts the Operations Manual for your approval, and files the finished manual straight into your Drive.

What happens after you tag

1. Aisys picks the task up — within the hour.
2. It asks what it needs, as comments on the task. Reply in the comments like you would to a colleague. Whoever knows the answer can reply; it does not have to be you.
3. It posts a draft for approval. Read it, ask for changes, or approve it.
4. It files the manual in your Drive and links it from the task.

Aisys looks for newly tagged work and new replies every hour, so there may be a short wait before it responds. Everything it says happens as comments on the task — that is where it asks its questions and where it shows you the draft to approve.

From then on the manual is the single place that process lives. When something changes, tag the task again and Aisys updates it — everyone pointed at that manual sees the new version.
