Using it

Two things to get right: Aisys has to be in the project, and it has to be an editor.

Add Aisys to the project, as an editor

Aisys can only see — and comment on — tasks in projects it has been added to. A tag on a project Aisys is not a member of does nothing at all, with no error to tell you. Editor access is what lets it comment; anything less and it can read but not reply.

Adding Aisys to your projects is an ongoing job as your business grows. Any time a new board appears whose work you want documented, add Aisys to it.

Tag the task

You do not need to prepare the task first, tidy the description, or attach anything. If Aisys needs something, it asks.

Updating a manual later

The same tag updates an existing manual. If a process changes, tag the task again and tell Aisys what is different — it revises the manual rather than starting from scratch.

Because the manual is a single document that every instance of the task points at, updating it once updates it for everybody doing that work.
