Aisys needs less than you would expect
There is nothing to prepare first. If something is missing, Aisys asks you for it.
Four ways to hand work over
- 1You have a recording of yourself doing the task On ScreenPal, Loom, YouTube, Wistia or Vidyard. See How to record a task.
- 2You have an existing Operations Manual that needs updating Paste the link. Label it however you like.
- 3You have rough notes, a checklist or brief overview
- 4You only know the outcome, but not the process
Any mix of these works. The more you give, the fewer questions you get back. But a task title with an empty description still gets you started.
Where to put it
- Before you tag: in the task description.
- After you tag: on the OM Pipeline task Aisys opens.
Aisys won't see comments or files added to your own task.
