Aisys OM Pipeline

How it works

Tag a task and Aisys picks it up within about a minute. It replies to your comments within a few minutes but transcribing and processing videos will take a little longer.

Remember - nothing works without these two.

Staff need commenter access to the OM Pipeline project (editor on a free Asana plan). Without it they can't see the tag or reply to Aisys.

Aisys needs editor access to any project holding tasks you want documented.

Operations Manuals are the thing everybody agrees they need and nobody has time to write. The pipeline removes the writing.

The two tasks

Aisys works on a task of its own, so the back and forth never lands on the task your team uses. The diagram below is the whole thing.

YOUR TASK the task your team already works from OM PIPELINE TASK Aisys opens this one, and works here 1 YOU Add the om-create-or-update tag 2 AISYS Reads the task description Notes, a video link, an existing manual, instructions 3 AISYS Creates the OM Pipeline task 4 AISYS Comments with a link to the OM Pipeline task Your responses go on the linked task 5 AISYS Asks its questions 6 YOU Reply here, and send a video here Anyone who knows the answer can reply 7 AISYS & YOU Draft posted, you approve it 8 AISYS Task description updated Adds the OM link and Variable Inputs

Step by step, with the tagging covered properly, is on the Walk through.
